Mini-sode: Lessons I Learned Balancing a 9-5 Job with Content Creation This Past Year
Wednesday Dec 27, 2023
Wednesday Dec 27, 2023
Today, I’m reflecting on the last 10 months juggling my 9-5 full time job and content creation. When I launched Precisely Nowhere I was 4 months away from picking up my life and moving it from New York City to California. I had a dream of sharing my authentic life experiences and lessons with aspiring creators to help them grow and find time for their passions.
If you’re an aspiring creator, entrepreneur, active content creator, or someone who finds value in having a passion outside of your “day job / 9-5”, this episode is for you. I had no idea how this passion project would change my life, but now that 2023 is coming to an end I’m reflecting on lessons I’ve learned over the last 10 months.

Mini-sode: How to Break Free From Feeling Burnt Out
Wednesday Dec 13, 2023
Wednesday Dec 13, 2023
From moving to New York City at the age of seventeen to attend NYU and building a career in the height of hustle culture, to launching a Podcast and moving back to California in 2023, my curiosity for life has sometimes led to burnout. The first episode of the December mini-sodes is the game plan you need to overcome burnout, at any stage in your life.
Reflect
Evaluate how you’re spending your energy, so you can identify the cause of your burnout.
Plan
Create an action plan, write down how you want to spend your energy and consider friends, family, work, faith, hobbies, etc. Ask yourself if you need to change any habits/routines.
Action
Identify where your time is going, especially if you feel like you have no time. Try the 168 hours exercise (7 days a week x 24 hrs a day = 168 hours a week).
Subtract time for sleeping, eating, etc. and use the remaining hours to finalize your plan and new schedule. Shoutout to The Creative Edition for the 168 hour exercise!
Put the plan to action (as soon as possible). Schedule time on your calendar to check-in with yourself in a week so you’re taking proactive steps to avoid burnout.
Self-care
Make sure to include self-care in your schedule. Whether it’s daily or weekly, consistent self-love can do wonders for your mental health and get you closer to feeling like your best self. Don’t be afraid to try new things, the goal is to find what works for you.

Life Updates, Leaning into Serendipity, and Making Friends As An Adult
Wednesday Dec 06, 2023
Wednesday Dec 06, 2023
Happy December! To celebrate my favorite time of the year and 5 months of living in California, in today’s episode I’m sharing life updates, like making new friends as an adult. I also do a mini-manifesting exercise, pick a Serenflipity adventure challenge to try (for the first time), and tease upcoming content for December.
Say yes, and do the Serenflipity adventure card with me (here’s the prompt): “Write a letter to your future self. Pick a point in the future and describe your life and the life you want to have. Mail it home and open it when you reach that moment.”
DM me on IG if you decide to do it so I can share the “future self” you’re writing to.
